Q: How fast can you fix my car?
A: Your time is important to us. DD&C will fix your car in a timely manner depending on part availability, type of repairs and – if insurance is involved – the insurance adjustor reviewing damages.

Q: Are you every too busy? When can I bring in my car?
A: We are never too busy for you. Bring us your car anytime. We will work with you to get your car in as quick as possible.

Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: While an appointment will guarantee that we get to you at the time you have scheduled there is no appointment necessary. You are our top priority.

Q: Who sets up my rental?
A: Dents, Dings & Colors will set up your rental in most cases, unless otherwise dictated by the responsible insurance company.

Q: Can you help me read the Police Report from my accident?
A: Gladly! Based on the information in the Police Report, we are experienced in identifying and communicating with the responsible party/ insurance company.

Q: Do you offer glass replacement?
A: You can trust our experienced technicians to replace the glass in your vehicle.

Q: When can I receive an estimate?
A: You will receive an estimate upon your arrival during our office hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday.

Q: Do you offer Frame Work?
A: Yes, DD&C has the latest technology to safely place your vehicle in pre-accident condition. We use factory specifications to determine the correct placement of all structural parts. We insist on your safety.

Q: Do you paint cars and will the paint color match the existing finish?
A: Yes, we paint the full body or parts of a car. Our paint experts carefully blend the color on the adjacent panels to achieve optimal finish.

Q: Do you have a warranty on your paint work?
A: We offer a Written Lifetime Warranty on all paint work against peeling, cracking, hazing or delamination to the original owner.
