The Owners

Joey & Teresa Hutchins

Joey and Teresa have been happily married since 1987. After operating a shop in his home from 1990-1999, Joey decided to establish Dents, Dings & Colors Body Shop and Service Center. With Joey’s automotive expertise and Teresa’s financial background, they teamed up to offer a uniquely family-friendly business where each visiting guest is treated with fairness and honesty. Joey and Teresa have two children, Chelsea and Cody, and attend Highview Baptist Church. They believe they do not own Dents, Dings & Colors, but that God owns it and they are simply stewards.

Company History

Dents, Dings & Colors is a full service Auto Body Shop and Service Center constructed in 2001 in Hillview, Kentucky. Owners Joey and Teresa Hutchins built the shop on Arnold Drive - the first building on the street. Joey’s experience at Toyota motivated his passion for fixing vehicles. After several years, he and his wife decided it was time to offer quality car repairs and maintenance to residents of Greater Louisville and surrounding counties.

Now, 10 years later, Joey and Teresa have trained and developed a staff that is genuinely attentive to your needs. Linda Hurst, Office Manager, has over 23 years of automotive industry knowledge. And with more than 25 years of experience, Butch Williams is one of the most qualified Production Managers in Louisville. Trustworthiness and excellent customer service have been the basis for Dents, Dings & Colors and time after time have been the qualities that give customers a reason to return.
